How can we offer this guarantee? Well, we feel fairly confident that we can sell your home, and we want you to have the peace of mind with a guarantee.
In fact, since January 2011, 50% of our listed homes have sold in under 90 days.
S, how does it work? It's pretty straightforward. There are just two simple stipulations for the guarantee:-
1. You (the seller) must be buying another home locally and must use one of our agents as your buyer agent.
- 2. You (the seller) must price your home within a reasonable market value range. So, for example, we don't want you to initially price your property $20K too high and then drop the price after 90 days.
