About Us: Who We Are
Enterprise Realtors was founded in 2001 by Bill Ivey primarily for assisting California investors with purchasing homes in the Memphis area. Jon Moultrie joined as an agent in May 2002 and became partner/owner with Bill later that year.
The office has grown and made changes based on the market and the needs of its clients. Now located in Arlington, Tennessee, Enterprise Realtors runs three divisions:
- 1. Local Brokerage for buyers and sellers
- 2. Investment division for out-of-state and out-of-country investors
- 3. Property management (currently managing 240 units).
